Sweet Potatoes Don’t Have To Be Sweet.

Sweet potatoes are way more versatile than I think Americans give them credit for. They are so good in savory meals. My boyfriend and I love this chicken by itself. I rarely serve it with a sauce. If you’re looking for something to dip this in my first suggestion is my Balsamic Beet Ketchup! Or you can go for honey mustard or BBQ sauce! Notes

Only use sweet potato chips that have sweet potatoes, oil, and salt. Chips with added sugar may burn.
Taste your chips for saltiness before crushing them. You may not need to add salt to the mixture depending on the brand of chips you’re  using.
I highly recommend using the smoked paprika for a small smoky sweet kick. It won’t be spicy, but it add a very nice flavor contrast. If you don’t have it you can instead use a very small pinch of cayenne pepper instead and a 1/2 tsp of sweet paprika.
